Terms and conditions of sale

1.    Object: These General Conditions governing the sale of products marketed by "Fimar Srl". All contracts for purchase of products concluded, through the seller's website and according to the procedures indicated therein, between the seller and the customer will be regulated by these General Conditions.

2.    Acceptance of the general conditions of sale: The contract stipulated between the seller and the customer must be understood with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by the seller. This acceptance is considered silent, if not otherwise communicated in any customer way. By placing an order in the various methods provided, the Customer declares that he has read all the indications provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.

3.    Purchase mode: The customer can only buy the products in the seller's electronic catalog at the time of the order of the order and viewable online. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the seller by means of an email response sent to the e -mail address communicated by the Customer.

4.    Prices: All products prices are clearly indicated on the site and are intended to be included. Prices can be varied without notice.

5.    Payment methods: The customer can make the payment through the methods indicated on the seller's website. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after the actual crediting of the amount.

6.    Shipments and delivery: The seller will deliver the products ordered to the address indicated by the customer, through trusted couriers. Delivery times may vary according to the availability of the product and the destination.

7.    Right of withdrawal: The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, giving written communication to the seller. The goods must be returned integral and in the same conditions in which it was received.

8.    Guarantee and assistance: All the products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128-135 of the consumer code.

9.    Processing of personal data: The personal data provided by the Customer are processed in compliance with the privacy legislation, as specified in the information on the seller's website.

10. Applicable law and competent hole: The sales contract between the customer and the seller intends to be concluded in Italy and is regulated by Italian law. For any controversy the seller's reference hole will be competent.

11. Responsibility: The seller will not be responsible for any delays or non -delivery attributable to causes of force majeure or unpredictable events.

12. Customer obligations: The Customer undertakes to provide truthful and complete data at the time of purchase and not to make fraudulent orders or in violation of the law.

13. Liability limitations: The seller will not be responsible for indirect damage, failure to earn or any other loss deriving from the use of the products purchased.

14. Changes to the general conditions: The seller reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time. The changes will take effect from the date of publication on the site.

15. Intellectual property: All the contents on the seller's website, including texts, images, logos and design, are protected from intellectual property laws and cannot be used without authorization.

16. Fraud and abuse: Any attempt at fraud or abuse against the seller will be legally pursued.

17. Saving clause: If any provision of these General Conditions should be invalid or inapplicable, the remaining provisions will remain in force.

18. Communications: All communications between the customer and the seller must take place in writing through the addresses indicated on the seller's website.

19. Duration and validity of the general conditions: These General Conditions are valid until they are modified or replaced by new provisions published on the seller's website.

20. Explicit acceptance of the vexatious clauses: Pursuant to articles 1341 and 1342 of the civil code, the customer declares that he specifically accepted the clauses relating to limitations of responsibility, right of withdrawal and competent hole.
