Refund policy

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, the Customer is given the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product purchased if:

• The product purchased is defective;
• A product other than that purchased (model, color, size) is delivered to the customer;
• The purchased product is lost during shipment;
• The product purchased does not comply with the information shown on the product page of the same.

All requests of return with a different object from those mentioned above will not be taken into consideration. Example of return requests not taken into consideration:

• The product purchased did not like it;
• The model/color of the product purchased is wrong in the purchase phase. Only in this case it is possible to request a voucher or a gearbox.

To make use of this right, the Customer must send, within the terms indicated, an e-mail to the address " info@gianmarcof.it "In which they are indicated: the subject of the request (refund - change of article), name, surname, address, order number, telephone.

As soon as this communication sent, the customer must send, at his own expense and with a courier of his own choice, the product he intends to return, including a printing of the email sent in the expedition. The shipping address is:  Fimar Srl - Via Tavernola n ° 8 80025 Casandrino Napoli

The product made must be received by Fimar Srl within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which it communicated the withdrawal. Once the product made, Fimar Srl is received  will proceed to the direct reimbursement. The refund will be made within 14 days from the reception of the product by Fimar Srl. The refund will include the cost of the product made and will not include shipping costs. The return of return is always the responsibility of the customer.

The return shipment is always borne by the customer.

The recovery is always the responsibility of the customer.
